Audience Theorys - Hypodermic Needle Theory

When creating media products such as magazines, there are a lot of aspects of media that is needed to be taken into consideration.
For instance, the Hypodermic Needle Theory, also known as the Magic Bullet Theory, is a model of communication. It talks about the power the media has on the audience, in other words, how a particular message affects the audience, that as humans we are all the same and we think the same. The theory also explains how media controls almost anything an audience watches, listens, or reads and how media influences the public opinion and even cause changes and behavior.

Using what I know from this theory, the media product I produce will surely have a positive message. I would want to influence people to have self-love and to not bring people down based on their looks, genders, sexuality, or race. I want to "inject" into the audiences mind that we are all human who live on the same planet and that we need to treat each other with respect as well as kindness. The message would be especially effective if it were true that humans thought and acted the same way.
